Virginia Women Veteran Roundtable – Richmond, VA

The Virginia Department of Veteran Services is highlighting programs for Women Veterans throughout 2023. Come find out how 2023 became the 75th Anniversary of the Virginia Woman Veteran. Learn more about the signing of legislation that allowed women to serve full-time in the armed services.
Delegate Kathleen Murphy is personally inviting Women Veterans of Virginia to join her at the roundtable with our leadership – Virginia Secretary of Veteran Defense Affairs Craig Crenshaw and Delegate Jackie Glass. They are some of Virginia’s best advocates for Women Veterans. We will talk about the new Women Veteran License Plate that is already is the works, the history of Women Veterans, healthcare, state vs federal employment options, and opportunities for the success of Women Veterans in Virginia. Please bring your own topic to the floor we will do our best to address them.
We welcome civilian female community advocates and state employees to join us with resources to share and connect with our amazing Virginia Women Veterans. Please share this invite far and wide!!
