  • Upon registration completion, you will receive an email notification from that you are registered to participate in the named event.
  • To join the webinar, be sure to refer to the registration confirmation email received from Zoom for Government.
  • To access the webinar, you will have to click join link in the section that states the following: “Join from a PC, MAC, iPad, iPhone, or Android device”.
  • The link that is provided in your registration confirmation email should not be shared with others. Both the link and passcode provided are unique to you.
  • You will be prompted to enter your name before being granted access to the webinar. Please be sure to enter your first and last name.
  • Registered participants will not need a Zoom account to participate, however, you will need to ensure that you are able to access Zoom via the internet or utilizing the Zoom app (Access via the app may be required if utilizing a mobile device, tablet, etc.)


  • All registration requests must be completed by (February 12, 2024 – NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • Attendance is limited to {4 participants per company} (NO EXCEPTIONS).
  • This event is subject to cancellation or rescheduling, based on the needs of the Government.
