Bio: Dominiece Clifton is on a mission to guide others to rewrite their stories by releasing and reconnecting to remember their most authentic selves. A self-proclaimed stress-pert, registered yoga instructor, and trauma-informed breathwork and meditation facilitator, she is passionate about educating others on how to manage stress more efficiently and release trauma from their bodies. Dominiece promotes an integrated approach to healing that prioritizes emotional wellbeing for the mind, body, and spirit using somatic approaches.
Today, Dominiece is the Founder of Move And Still, Nourish Wellness Collective (coming 2023), and the host of the School of Healing podcast. She is a lifelong learner, speaker, and author. Her first book Hold Space To Heal will be released in the spring of 2023.
When she isn’t serving or learning, Dominiece enjoys making memories with her tribe. She is a wife, mother daughter, sister, friend, and mentor. You can catch her dancing around the house with her daughters or indulging in her favorite form of soul-care, curled up with a good book and soft jazz playing in the background.
