Sahavit “Hava” Chance is a 21-year U.S. Army veteran, Army-certified Master Resilience Trainer, nurse, and birth doula based in central Texas. She is the founder of HavaBeing LLC, a wellness company built on the practice breathe, be·hold, begin.
HavaBeing serves a market the wellness industry has long overlooked, Black women and the children who come after them, with retreats, and a children’s book line that teach calm, resilience, and self-regulation rooted in heritage and lived experience.
Drawing on two decades of military leadership and her work holding others through life’s most vulnerable passages, she is building lasting tools and spaces where strength is passed down and everyone carries their light forward.
