Dr. Renea Skelton is a retired Air Force officer who spent 22 years leading people and learning that communication would be a lot easier if people weren’t involved. Now a communication expert, speaker, author, and True Colors® Master Trainer, she teaches people what to actually say when conversations get hard. She has a PhD in Organizational Leadership and Human Psychology and is slightly obsessed with why perfectly reasonable adults suddenly forget how to communicate when things get uncomfortable. Her work is practical, research-backed, and immediately usable – because “communicate better” is not a strategy.
