
Kimberly Henry
Kimberly Henry, LMSW (she/her), is a Licensed Master Social Worker specializing in social service programs and policies. She served 10 years in the Navy as a Signals Intelligence Analyst supporting Operations Tomodachi, Enduring Freedom, and Inherent Resolve. Her success includes breaking collection records and developing training guides that were utilized Navy-wide.
During her service, Kim was a Sexual Assault Victim Advocate (VA), which was critical to her pursuit of Social Work. She also served as VA in a federal employee capacity and implemented evidence-based practices to enhance services and response for survivors of sexual assault. Combining her passion for social work and project management, Kimberly started a nonprofit development consulting agency, The GOLD Beacon, PLLC. Today, she serves clients nationwide who seek to be champions of social change. She is involved in advocacy efforts for veterans, women, and people living with disabilities. Kimberly speaks on her experiences, being a women veteran with a service dog and ableism.
