Jennifer Vollbrecht

Jennifer is a former combat aviator and current entrepreneur. She serves as the CEO and Project Manager at J Vollbrecht Consulting over several national level Project Management accounts.

She believes that the leadership required to move an organization forward is a position of respect that is always earned and never given.

Jennifer is a Certified Project Management Professional with over fifteen years’ experience leading multi‐disciplinary teams, accomplishing missions and delivering complex products and capabilities in the defense industry.

She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. She is currently a Doctoral Candidate at Saint Mary's College of California, with expected completion in 2022.

Jennifer owns and operates J Vollbrecht Consulting (JVC), which is a preferred provider of outsourced Project Management and Project Controls for Department of Energy's National Laboratories and Department of Transportation Projects. JVC has successfully delivered over $100M in Project Management Services and currently manages a Risk Management Portfolio of more than $10B.

Jennifer lives in Central California with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys her leisure time with outdoor family activities, such as hiking, stand‐up paddle boarding and camping. She enjoys reading, writing short stories, and outdoor activities with the children.
