Esmeralda Aharon, M.A. is a combat veteran, educator, storyteller, and nationally recognized speaker who helps individuals and organizations lead with courage, authenticity, and purpose, especially in times of transition and uncertainty. A retired U.S. Air Force Senior Noncommissioned Officer, she served 26 years in the Chaplain Corps, providing intercultural leadership, crisis response, and interfaith care in high‑stress environments, including four deployments to the Middle East. Her service shaped a defining mission: to walk alongside people through change, challenge, and renewal, helping them reclaim their inherent dignity, find their voice, and lead from wholeness rather than survival. Esmeralda currently serves as Program Director for Faculty, Staff, and Community Engagement in the Office of Ignatian Mission in Medicine at Saint Louis University School of Medicine, where she designs initiatives that foster belonging, well‑being, and justice. She is also the Co‑Founder of Latinas Rising and a #1 international bestselling author who amplifies women’s voices through storytelling and leadership development. As a speaker and facilitator, Esmeralda is known for her warmth, depth, and ability to create spaces that spark honest reflection, meaningful connection, and courageous action leaving audiences clearer about who they are and how they lead.
