Bernadine Martinez is an exquisitely credentialed leadership coach who supports leaders in the non-profit, for-profit, and other academic professionals in achieving sustainable, quantifiable gains in continuous quality improvement. An exemplar in the educational space, Bernadine draws from experience as an Assistant Superintendent of Education, Regional Head Start Program Director, early childhood teacher, a principal and has built, developed, coached, and scaled a top team from 50 to 300 to create a diverse and resilient educational workforce. A veteran and former military training instructor for the United States Air Force, over the past 15+ years, Bernadine has designed innovative training and instructional systems that drive cultural, transformational, and professional growth.

She brings dedication, focus, and excellence to each coaching engagement builds capacity and helps clients overcome limiting beliefs to become high-performing leaders and teams. In addition to her certification from The John Maxwell Team, Bernadine attended the Superintendent Certification program from Texas State University, has a Post-Master’s Principal Certification, a Master of Education in Elementary Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Occupational Education, all from Wayland Baptist University. Bernadine is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from West Texas A&M.
