Dr. Bernadine Martinez is an educator, Air Force veteran, and founder of Power Your Potential Professional Development. She is an exquisitely credentialed leadership coach who supports leaders in the non-profit, for-profit, and other academic professionals in achieving sustainable, quantifiable gains in continuous quality improvement. An exemplar in the educational space, Bernadine draws from experience as an Assistant Superintendent of Education to a classroom teacher and has built, developed, coached, and scaled a top team from 50 to 300 to create a diverse and resilient educational workforce.
A veteran and former military training instructor for the United States Air Force, a member of the Women Veterans of San Antonio and is the Director of Archery for the Pink Berets. Over the past 20+ years, Bernadine has designed innovative training and instructional systems that drive cultural, transformational, personal and professional growth. In addition to her certification from The John Maxwell Team, Bernadine attended the Superintendent Certification program from Texas State University, has a Post-Master’s Principal Certification, a Master of Education in Elementary Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Occupational Education, all from Wayland Baptist University and obtained her Doctorate at West Texas A&M in Educational Leadership.
